Please make sure you read and understand the SkybirdGroup.com.au (Skybird Group) terms and conditions prior to any purchase.

 

All purchases constitute an agreement that the buyer will adhere to all terms and conditions as set out on this page.  

 

By purchasing you are entering into a legally binding contract with SkybirdGroup.com.au, where upon you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of sale as set out by Skybird Group.

 

Prices

 

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site and all products are priced inclusive of GST. The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge. The delivery charge will be added to the price of the order unless pick up is arranged. Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website www.Skybird Group.com.au.

 

Availability

 

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

Delivery

 

If your item is available at the time of order, we will aim to have it processed and delivered to you within 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 7-15 business days for more rural areas of Australia. You will receive an email confirmation once the package is scanned and picked up.

 

Cartage will be charged on all deliveries; All Goods will be delivered to the designated site. If a customer requests assistance to move Goods inside any structure or building on site, no responsibility will be borne for any consequential loss or damage.

 

Our delivery service is made by a contracted courier company. Delivery times are provided by the delivery service, excluding weekends, holidays and may vary according to location.  You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. We do our best to deliver to you on your requested delivery date and will contact you as soon as possible if this cannot be done. If you order goods, you must be home at the agreed time to accept and sign for deliveries.  If you are not at home the delivery driver will leave a card and it is the customers responsibility to collect the goods or arrange another delivery at the customers’ cost. If you request multiple delivery dates for an order you will be charged a delivery fee each time. If for any reason we cannot deliver your full order at the same time you will not be charged for additional deliveries. If you wish to change the delivery date then please give us no less than 48 hours’ notice prior to delivery. It is advisable that yourself or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large heavy goods. The delivery driver will not carry large items upstairs. Delivery of large items is a door-to-door service and the onus is on you to get items from the door to your desired location onsite. 

 

Please note all deliveries will need to be signed for.

 

Local Pick Up

 

Local pick up is available at our fulfillment centres. Please check out contact us page for a list of centres in your state.

Please allow at least 1-5 business days for your order to be available for pick up. One of our lovely team members will give you a call to notify your order is ready for pick up.

Note that once the warehouse team has sent you a notification, the order MUST be picked up/collected within 10 business days. Once the order has been fulfilled, the goods are thereby your property and all responsibility is yours. Any damages incurred will no longer be covered by our insurance policy.

 

 

 

Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you advise us at least 1 business day before your planned delivery date. Please note that products that are made to order (e.g., vanities made to a size and colour according to custom specifications) are unable to be cancelled more than a day after the order is placed. We require notice within 24 hours of placing the order on custom made products for cancellation. If a product is a standard stock line you will receive a full refund if cancelled prior to delivery but if it is an item that Skybird Group orders in and the supplier charges a restocking fee that fee will be passed onto the customer.

Return Policy

 

30 Day - Change of Mind Policy

 

We want you to be satisfied with every product we sell at Skybird Group. That is why if you change your mind regarding your purchase within the first 30 days of receiving it, let us know and we can organise a return with a refund or exchange, minus any postage costs. For products that had free postage, this will be $10.80.

 

  • The product must be returned in a brand new, unused condition with the full original packaging.
  • If the product's packaging has been opened or damaged, we may decline the return completely or we may charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the product cost or $20.00, whichever is greater.
  • You are responsible for return postage. Please ensure the product is well packaged. For peace of mind with high-value products, we recommend Registered Post with tracking and insurance coverage, as we may not be able to assist you if the product goes missing in transit.

 

30 Day - Defective Product Policy

 

If your product has developed a fault within the first 30 days, we offer an expedited exchange process. To help us process your exchange faster please ensure:

 

  • The product does not have physical or liquid damage.
  • The product has its original packaging and accessories.
  • Contact us within 30 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details, a description and photos of the issues you are experiencing.

 

Dead on Arrival/Damaged in Transit

 

  • If your product is damaged in transit or is dead on arrival, please take a photo of the damage or issue with the product, and contact us immediately (same day).

 

Manufacturer Warranty

This return policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Exclusions

 

Please note our 30 Day - Change of Mind and 30 Day - Defective Product Policies only apply to products purchased for personal use and exclude any products purchased for resale or business use.

 

If you purchase more than three phones/tablets/smartwatches in a single transaction and you are purchasing as (or on behalf of) a business we consider the products to be for business use.

 

Payment

 

Payment must be made and received prior to goods being dispatched.  

 

You can pay with any Visa, Mastercard, American Express card, PayPal or afterpay. You may also pay via Direct Deposit or Cash if you pick up. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment is given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at point of order. Our liability to you in respect of an order shall be limited to the value of that order. We shall not be liable to you for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure or depletion of goodwill as a result of our negligence which arise out of or in connection with an order.

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional SkybirdGroup.com.au makes every effort to ensure all prices and product information is up to date and correct at the time of display. However, we take no responsibility for any incorrect information that may appear and reserve the right to refuse any order which may contain mistakes. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that product information is correct when purchasing any new bathroom or kitchen product.

 

Illustrations, photos, graphics, and images contained on this website are sample representations of the Products advertised, and variations may occur from time to time and from state to state. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access this Website.
